15th street
some time away from Tuscaloosa was a much needed break and time of rest before a long but full summer.
as i drove back into town, i was shocked again in a new way by the disaster that is our city. as i made my way down 15th street, everything was pitch black. you couldnt see a foot in front of you except for the blue police lights in two different places down the road. a crowd of people and National Guard tanks stood in the parking lot of a building that used to be McDonalds.
thats all for tonight. welcome home to ttown.
